1. Overview
At Hilal Technologic, we strive to deliver high-quality digital products and services. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable. However, we understand that certain situations may warrant a full refund.
2. Digital Products (Themes, Templates, Source Code)
No Refund (General Policy)
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to read the product description or requirements before purchasing
- Incompatibility with third-party software not listed in the product requirements
- Lack of technical knowledge to use the product
Full Refund Conditions
We will issue a full refund if:
- Product not delivered — You did not receive the product files after a successful payment and we are unable to resolve the delivery issue within 48 hours.
- Significantly not as described — The product is materially different from what was described on the product page (e.g., missing major features that were explicitly listed).
- Critical defect — The product has a critical bug or defect that makes it completely unusable, and we are unable to provide a fix within 7 business days after you report the issue.
- Duplicate purchase — You accidentally purchased the same product twice. Contact us within 7 days of the duplicate purchase.
Refund Request Process
- Email us at founder@hilaltechnologic.com within 14 days of purchase
- Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue
- Provide screenshots or evidence if applicable
- We will review your request within 3 business days
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method
3. IT Services (Development, Consulting, Infrastructure)
Before Project Starts
- Full refund if the project has not yet started
- If a deposit was paid, the deposit is refundable minus any work already completed
During Project
- Refund is calculated based on the percentage of work not yet completed
- Any completed and delivered work is non-refundable
- Both parties must agree on the assessment of completed work
After Project Delivery
- No refund after final delivery and approval
- Bug fixes and issues covered under the agreed warranty period (if applicable) are handled at no additional cost
4. How to Request a Refund

- Your name and email address used for the purchase
- Order number or transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
- Supporting evidence (screenshots, error logs, etc.)

5. Processing Time
- Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

- We will conduct a second review within 5 business days
- Our final decision after the second review is binding
