2. Service Projects

Before work begins: 50% refund of Down Payment. During work (0-25% progress): 25% refund of total payment. After 50% progress: No refund.

3. Digital Products

Before download/access: 100% refund. After download/access: No refund (due to the nature of digital products). Defective product/not as described: 100% refund or replacement.
